Celebrity hairstylist Ricardo Rojas boasts an extensive roster of superstar clientele – Cher, Mariah Carey, Donatella Versace, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Naomi Campbell, Kate Upton, to name a few. Known for giving his clients glossy, full-bodied styles, Rojas has mastered the art of red carpet allure. Now, he’s letting women everywhere in on his secret with the launch of Ricardo Rojas Hair Care – a collection of shampoos, conditioners, treatment mask, and his “must have” styling products all uniquely infused with Yerba Maté extract, and also seamless tape hair extensions to complete star quality looks.
It was important to Rojas that his brand be infused with unique characteristics from his native Argentina. He has long believed that the potent Yerba Maté herb contains healing properties that nourish the body inside and out. In research, it was revealed that the super antioxidant powerhouse boasts essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that add vitality and strength to hair. His breakthrough creations, featuring the special Yerba Maté extract, are unlike anything on the market. Filled with superfood ingredients such as Goji, Sea Buckthorn, and Coconut, the formulas are topped with the succulent citrus aroma of orange blossom. Even the packaging draws influence from his homeland, with the blood red color reflecting the regalia of Tango dancers and the literal translation of his last name, Rojas, meaning “Red” in Spanish.
With a sense of glamour and excitement, hair extensions enhance the appearance of a style, they can add a bit of texture, increased volume, length, color enhancements and pure exhilaration to any look.
Growing up in Tucuman, Argentina, Rojas studied the glamorous women seen in movies, magazines, even local Tango performances, and was captivated by the transformative power of hair. At an early age, Rojas began his practice on his Mother and Sisters hair at every chance, finessing their tresses with homemade concoctions to promote movement and a healthy feel to the hair. Through experimentation, Rojas learned that the one constant factor in making any hairstyle come alive was a strong foundation of well-nourished,
healthy hair. It is a guiding principle he has never forgotten throughout his esteemed thirty-year career
